If you are enquiring or buying from us

Your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the details of what you are asking about, such as locker quantity and type, your timeline and whether you already run a laundry business. This comes from you, through a form, an email or a call.

If you operate a business on our software

Account details for you and your staff, your locations, your price list, and the orders you process. For each order that means your customer's name, contact details, the items, the payment status and the locker used.

If you are a customer of a business that uses our software

Your name, contact details, order details and payment status. In that case the business you handed your laundry to decides how your information is used, and we handle it on their instructions.

Standard technical information any website receives, such as pages requested, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and where you arrived from including advertising click identifiers.

To answer your enquiry, quote, take payment, build and ship your order, run the locker and order flow, send you notifications about an order, provide support, keep proper business and tax records, and improve how the product works.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Only the suppliers we need to run the service, and only what each one needs:

• Payment providers, to take card payments and issue invoices. We do not store full card numbers.
• An SMS provider, to send order and collection notifications.
• Hosting and database providers, to run this service.
• Freight forwarders and carriers, when you have ordered hardware and it has to be delivered to you. They receive the delivery address and a contact.
• Our accountants and professional advisers, and any authority we are legally required to disclose to.

Because we ship worldwide and our suppliers operate internationally, your information may be handled outside your own country, including in Australia, the United States and the European Union.

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept while there is a live conversation and then removed on request. Order, invoice and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. Operator accounts are kept while the account is open, and removed on request once billing is settled.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@breezyll.com and we will reply. If deletion would break a record we are legally required to keep, we will tell you which part we cannot remove and why.

You can unsubscribe from any marketing message using the link in it, or by replying and asking. Notifications about an order you have actually placed are not marketing and will keep coming until the order is finished.

If you are a customer of a business that uses our software, ask that business first, because your information is theirs to control. Tell us and we will pass it on.

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember your session, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the operator app will not work without them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you noticing.
